Train & deploy without disruption
Reportdeckly's structured three-stage approach means your team gains real skills without taking key personnel off air for extended periods.

Enrol in a Tailored Program
Choose from our range of modular training programs designed for all experience levels — from floor assistants to senior news directors. Reportdeckly customises each program to your team's specific broadcast environment.
Train in Live Production Environments
All Reportdeckly training takes place in real or replicated broadcast control rooms. Trainees operate actual equipment, run live simulations, and build muscle memory for high-pressure news desk scenarios.
Certify & Deploy Your Team
Upon completion, participants receive CPD-accredited certification. Your team returns to the newsroom with the confidence and competence to handle any live broadcast situation effectively.
Frequently Asked Questions
Reportdeckly is Australia's premier broadcast training provider. Here are the answers to questions we hear most often.
What experience level is required to enrol?
Reportdeckly offers programs for all levels, from entry-level production assistants through to senior directors. We assess your team's current proficiency and tailor the curriculum accordingly, ensuring no one is left behind.
How are the training sessions delivered?
We offer on-site training at your broadcast facility, as well as intensive workshops at our Sydney and Melbourne training centres. Blended formats combining in-person and remote theory modules are also available.
How long does a standard program take?
Core programs run between 2 and 5 days depending on scope. Our modular approach means teams can complete foundational units in a 2-day intensive, then layer on advanced modules over subsequent weeks.
Is Reportdeckly training accredited?
Yes. All Reportdeckly programs carry CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accreditation recognised across the Australian broadcasting industry, and are aligned with AIBS training standards.
Can training be customised for our specific equipment?
Absolutely. Our trainers conduct a pre-engagement audit of your control room and production infrastructure to ensure all exercises and simulations mirror your exact equipment and workflow configurations.
Do you offer post-training support?
Yes. Every Reportdeckly program includes a 90-day post-training support period with access to our trainers via email and scheduled check-in calls to ensure skills are embedded effectively in your daily workflow.
