Payment Policy

All payments for Course Reporter's control deck training courses must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via the accepted methods displayed at checkout. Full payment is required prior to course access being granted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if requested within 14 days of purchase and before any course materials have been accessed. Once access has been granted, no refunds will be issued.

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. No refunds apply to cancellations after course commencement.
